Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a premier location-based entertainment company boasting over 360 venues across North America. Specializing in dynamic experiential offerings such as bowling, arcade amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers, Lucky Strike Entertainment has established itself as a leader in creating memorable leisure experiences. The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, elevating its influence in the bowling industry and nurturing a passionate global fan base. As a prominent brand in the entertainment sector, Lucky Strike Entertainment is dedicated to delivering exceptional services to guests while fostering a vibrant work culture for its team members.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is both dynamic and vital, directly impacting the guest experience and operational excellence across the center. This role is perfect for someone energetic and proactive, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being on their feet, coordinating teams, and solving problems in real time. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you assist the General Manager with comprehensive center management responsibilities. When the General Manager is unavailable, you step up to oversee the entire center, including managing entertainment, Food & Beverage operations, and the facility’s property and equipment. Your dedication to guest satisfaction and your leadership in developing hourly staff are essential to maintaining the brand’s high standards.

This role requires a hands-on approach to guest engagement, operational improvement, and sales growth activities. You will champion outstanding service, actively seek and address guest feedback, and maintain a positive environment that encourages return visits. Managing staff schedules effectively to ensure optimal coverage and guest satisfaction is a continuous priority. You will also seize market opportunities by executing marketing strategies like leagues and open bowling to drive business growth.

Building strong relationships with league bowlers and officers is another critical part of the role, which includes adhering to league formats, distributing announcements, and fulfilling administrative duties. Recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating a talented team are key to assembling an all-star staff who deliver excellent service and maintain operational efficiency.

An essential element of your responsibilities includes managing and expanding the center’s Food & Beverage program. Upholding the highest quality standards and ensuring exceptional dining experiences are paramount. You will provide ongoing training and support to your team, promoting corporate initiatives and fostering a sales-driven culture. Flexibility is crucial as the position demands working various shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position offers a clear career pathway for those aspiring to become General Managers in the future. Competitive compensation ranges from $36.05 to $38.46 hourly, complemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage and other valuable perks. If you are a dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and guest service skills, looking to develop your leadership capabilities in a vibrant and entertaining workplace, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career at Lucky Strike Entertainment.
