Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Proven ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Capability to resolve guest complaints effectively and promptly

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to capitalize on all business opportunities including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- Lead the team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths, delegating responsibilities to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction, providing ongoing training and supervision
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
