Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is one of the world's leading location-based entertainment platforms. With over 360 locations spread across North America, the company specializes in providing unique and immersive experiential offerings such as bowling, amusement arcades, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As a major player in the entertainment and hospitality sector, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which is considered the premier league of bowling worldwide and a growing media property with millions of engaged fans globally. This entertainment powerhouse is renowned for combining fun, excitement, and high-quality guest experiences in a vibrant social atmosphere.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is pivotal in ensuring that the centers deliver memorable, engaging, and seamless guest experiences. This management position is designed for active leaders who thrive in dynamic environments where coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking are part of the everyday routine. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers act as the backbone of their centers by supporting the General Manager in all areas of center operations, ranging from entertainment activities and food and beverage management to overall property upkeep and equipment supervision. When the General Manager is absent, Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assume full responsibility for managing the entire center and floor operations.

This role puts a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction, requiring the manager to champion exceptional service standards, monitor customer feedback thoroughly, and effectively resolve complaints in real time. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager works continuously to optimize operational efficiency, including scheduling accurate staffing levels to meet the specific needs of the venue and to maximize guest enjoyment. Leveraging business intelligence, they seize market opportunities through executing targeted marketing strategies that promote various offerings such as bowling leagues and open play sessions.

A significant part of the job also involves building and nurturing relationships within the local bowling league community, ensuring adherence to league formats, managing administrative responsibilities like announcements distribution, and expanding league participation. Recruitment, training, and development of hourly center staff are fundamental duties, reinforcing the company’s commitment to cultivating high-performing teams that deliver great service. The manager's leadership style relies on delegation, motivation, and recognizing unique team member strengths to sustain a productive and engaging work environment.

Additionally, Restaurant / Entertainment Managers oversee the food and beverage program, striving to uphold the highest quality standards, maintain guest satisfaction, and ignite sales growth by fostering a robust sales culture. They provide continuous training and ensure consistent implementation of corporate standards across all dining service operations. Flexibility is essential for this role, as it demands working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and sometimes extended hours, according to the operational needs of the center.

This position is ideal for candidates aspiring to advance into a General Manager role, offering experiential training and hands-on management responsibilities in a lively and rewarding entertainment setting. The pay range is competitive, between $36.05 and $38.46 per hour, complemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Lucky Strike Entertainment recognizes the importance of providing an inclusive, fun, and dynamic workplace where team members are valued and empowered to grow. If you possess strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, a flexible work approach, and a drive to develop others, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role presents a fantastic career opportunity within a top-notch entertainment brand.
