The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting, multifaceted role designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and entertainment. They act as the General Manager's deputy, ensuring the smooth operation of all facets of the center, enabling the delivery of fun, engaging, and high-quality entertainment.

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.)
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
  • oversee the management and expansion of your center’s food and beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, including extended workdays as needed
