Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Capable of lifting objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
- Strong team player

- Customer service proficiency
- Knowledge of POS register systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit valuable feedback and resolve guest complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and handle league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate team members, delegate tasks and maximize center productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours as needed
