Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment platform with over 360 venues across North America. The company specializes in providing top-tier experiential offerings, including bowling, arcade amusements, water parks, and family-oriented entertainment centers. Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which is recognized as the major league of bowling and is an expanding media property with millions of fans worldwide. This unique combination of entertainment and sports media makes Lucky Strike Entertainment an exciting and dynamic company to be part of, committed to delivering memorable experiences for guests and fostering an enjoyable and engaging work environment for its employees.

The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is designed for energetic and passionate individuals ready to take on an active, hands-on leadership position. This role requires the capability to manage multiple teams and oversee various operational aspects within a center, including food and beverage services, entertainment offerings, and facility maintenance. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Restaurant/Entertainment Manager is instrumental in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a strong, motivated team. In the absence of the General Manager, this role assumes full responsibility for managing the center, tackling challenges in real time, and maintaining high operational standards across the board.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals aspiring to climb the management ladder, with a clear path toward becoming a General Manager of one of Lucky Strike Entertainment's centers. The role demands a commitment to guest satisfaction and team development, requiring the manager to lead by example, foster open communication, and leverage the unique strengths of each team member for maximum productivity and positive customer experiences. The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager is also responsible for executing marketing strategies aimed at driving sales, such as promoting leagues and open play bowling, and building strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to enhance business growth.

With a salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 per year, Lucky Strike Entertainment provides a competitive compensation package along with performance-based incentives. Employees benefit from comprehensive healthcare coverage and a variety of additional perks designed to support their wellbeing and professional growth. The environment is fast-paced and physically engaging, requiring managers to be on their feet, moving between operational areas, addressing customer needs, and actively participating in daily activities to guarantee smooth functioning. The role also offers flexibility in scheduling, with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.

Overall, the Restaurant/Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is perfect for driven individuals who thrive in dynamic, guest-focused settings and are ready to develop their leadership skills while contributing to a premier entertainment brand. The role blends hospitality, entertainment management, and operational leadership in a unique setting that supports career advancement and personal fulfillment.
