Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Ability to manage food and beverage operations
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player

- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
- Hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
