The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and multifaceted position focused on delivering an outstanding guest experience in a lively, fun-filled atmosphere. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an active setting, enjoys coordinating teams, and excels in problem-solving on the go. Beyond guest interaction, you are responsible for operational excellence by managing staffing schedules to meet the fluctuating needs of the center and maximize the guest experience. Capitalizing on all business opportunities, including league play and open bowling, is essential to drive sales and boost the center’s revenue. Building strong partnerships with bowling leagues through effective communication, adherence to league formats, and administrative support is another crucial component of this role.

Leadership and team building are at the heart of the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager’s responsibilities. Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented hourly staff ensures the center operates efficiently and guests receive top-tier service. Motivating and leveraging the strengths of your team members help maximize productivity and foster a positive work culture. Additionally, overseeing the food and beverage program by maintaining quality standards and promoting sales is critical for sustained success. This role demands flexibility, requiring willingness to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

The ideal candidate for Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is a dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for guest service, and a commitment to developing the talents of their team. This role serves as an excellent stepping stone towards a future General Manager position within the company. The pay rate for this position is $55,000 per year, complemented by performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including healthcare coverage and other benefits.
