Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to guest satisfaction
  • Leadership and team development skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player

  • Customer service proficiency
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform associated administrative tasks
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members through effective delegation and leveraging individual strengths
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
