Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company that operates over 360 centers throughout North America. As one of the world’s premier entertainment platforms, Lucky Strike offers a diverse range of experiential attractions including bowling, arcade games, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. The company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league bowling organization with a growing global fanbase. Known for creating vibrant, energetic environments, Lucky Strike Entertainment continuously strives to provide extraordinary experiences for guests through immersive entertainment and exceptional hospitality. They are dedicated to innovation, guest satisfaction, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture that values team development and operational excellence.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a pivotal role in supporting the overall management and operational success of each center. This is an active, fast-paced role ideal for individuals who thrive on multitasking, leadership, and problem-solving in real-time environments. Serving as the second-in-command to the General Manager, Restaurant / Entertainment Managers take responsibility for all daily center operations in the General Manager’s absence, overseeing everything from entertainment venues and food and beverage services to the maintenance of the property and its equipment.
This role demands a strong commitment to guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promptly handling guest feedback and complaints. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers are tasked with recruiting, training, and leading an hourly team to build an enthusiastic workforce focused on providing the highest quality entertainment and customer service. They also foster relationships with local league bowlers, coaches, and officers to help grow and maintain the league bowling business.
Management skills are critical for this role, including scheduling staff efficiently, motivating employees through effective leadership, delegating responsibilities, and seizing business opportunities in the market to drive sales of food, beverage, open play bowling, and league participation. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers champion continuous operational improvements while ensuring food and beverage services exceed company standards. They also remain flexible with scheduling, able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours to meet business needs.
Ideal candidates for this position should have at least two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, along with a strong ability to supervise operations staff and a passion for developing team talents. Experience with POS register systems and a dedication to excellent customer service are highly valued. Ultimately, this position serves as a stepping stone for motivated individuals aiming to advance to a General Manager role within Lucky Strike Entertainment.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position offers a competitive annual salary range from $60,000 to $65,000, coupled with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and other employee rewards. Working at Lucky Strike Entertainment means being part of a global brand that not only values guest experiences but also invests in its team members’ growth and success within the dynamic entertainment industry.
