Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with over 360 locations across North America. The company specializes in offering a variety of experiential entertainment including bowling, arcade games, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Beyond its entertainment venues, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, which serves as the major league of bowling and a widely recognized media property with millions of fans worldwide. This breadth of offerings positions Lucky Strike Entertainment as a premier destination for fun, socializing, and high-quality entertainment experiences. The company is renowned for creating lively environments that combine food, entertainment, and social activities to form memorable experiences for guests.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is dynamic and highly interactive, offering an exciting career opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality, food and beverage management, and entertainment operations. These managers play a key role in the day-to-day success of the center by helping to implement the general manager’s vision and providing leadership in all aspects of the venue’s operation from food service to entertainment programming. This employment position generally requires being on your feet, coordinating multiple teams, and problem-solving to ensure everything runs smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.

Restaurant / Entertainment Managers at Lucky Strike assist the General Manager in managing the entire center. When the General Manager is absent, these managers take full responsibility for all aspects of center operations including entertainment offerings, food and beverage services, property maintenance, and equipment management. They actively work to maximize guest satisfaction by consistently delivering outstanding customer service and responding promptly to feedback and complaints. These managers are also focused on building a strong team by recruiting, training, and motivating front-line staff to perform at their best.

With a strong emphasis on business growth, Restaurant / Entertainment Managers leverage marketing strategies to capitalize on opportunities such as open play bowling and league events. Maintaining strong partnerships with league bowlers and their officers is essential for growing that part of the business, which includes managing league formats and announcements. Additionally, these managers oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and fostering a sales-driven culture with ongoing staff training.

This role offers an excellent career path for those aspiring to progress to a General Manager position within Lucky Strike Entertainment. Candidates interested in this role should be prepared to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with some extended shifts as needed to meet the demands of the entertainment environment. The work setting involves typical entertainment center activity, requiring physical stamina such as walking, bending, standing for long periods, and occasionally lifting objects with help.

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage, performance-based incentives, and a variety of other benefits tailored to the role. This position is ideal for individuals who have hospitality management experience, a passion for guest service, and a drive for team development and operational excellence. If you are a customer-focused, adaptable leader ready to contribute to a vibrant entertainment environment, this role provides a fulfilling and engaging opportunity to advance your career in hospitality and entertainment management.
