Job Requirements
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- flexible to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- knowledge of POS register systems
- exceptional customer service skills
- strong team player
- proven ability to develop and motivate team members
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests, delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- schedule staffing to meet center needs and optimize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain positive relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league-related administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage operations ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
