Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years management experience in food service or entertainment operations preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong leadership and team development abilities
- ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems promptly
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- exceptional people developer
- customer service expertise
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring high quality and consistency
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
