The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a crucial part in bringing the company's vision to life. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years management experience in food service or entertainment operations preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems promptly
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional service and resolve guest complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring high quality and consistency
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
