Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is recognized as one of the world's premier location-based entertainment platforms, boasting over 360 locations across North America. The company specializes in delivering vibrant experiential offerings such as bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers, catering to millions of guests seeking fun and excitement. Lucky Strike Entertainment's reach extends beyond physical entertainment centers as it owns the Professional Bowlers Association, a major league of bowling and a growing global media property with a massive fan base. This multifaceted approach solidifies Lucky Strike Entertainment as a leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry, committed to providing high-quality experiences for all ages.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is essential in bringing the company's vibrant atmosphere to life every day. This role is active and dynamic, requiring managers to be on their feet, coordinating various team members, and troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure smooth center operations. The position supports the General Manager by handling all aspects of center management, including entertainment, food and beverage offerings, and the maintenance of the property and its equipment. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for center and floor management, making this role pivotal to daily operations and overall guest satisfaction.
This position offers a unique opportunity for candidates seeking to grow their leadership skills in a fun and fast-paced environment. Working at Lucky Strike means becoming part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences through superior service and operational excellence. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and managing hourly center staff, developing strong team dynamics, and maximizing center productivity. They are responsible for operational execution and ensuring staffing levels meet the needs of their center while driving sales through targeted marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling.
Beyond operations, this role emphasizes cultivating meaningful relationships with league bowlers and officers, supporting league business growth, and handling necessary administrative duties. The manager also oversees the food and beverage program, maintaining high standards and guest satisfaction. This oversight includes training staff to consistently execute corporate initiatives and fostering a sales culture that boosts revenue.
Restaurant / Entertainment Managers at Lucky Strike Entertainment must be highly flexible, willing to work varying shifts that include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as required. Candidates should be committed team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ready to step in seamlessly for the General Manager when needed. The role provides a solid foundation for those aspiring to become General Managers, offering hands-on experience in center management, staff development, and guest satisfaction enhancement.
The pay range for this role is $36.05 to $38.46 hourly and comes with performance-based incentives along with a competitive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage and various other benefits. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering world-class entertainment and hospitality experiences while advancing their management careers in a supportive and exciting company environment.
