Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in related fields
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service
  • solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team to maximize productivity
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage program
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
