Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service
- solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate team to maximize productivity
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage program
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
