The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a unique and dynamic role that blends the excitement of entertainment management with the operational rigor of restaurant leadership. This full-time role is designed for energetic, hands-on leaders who thrive in a fast-paced environment where fun meets professional service. With an annual pay range of $60,000 to $65,000, this role is not only rewarding for its compensation but also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
As a Restaurant/Entertainment Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center's operations. When the General Manager is absent, you will assume full responsibility for managing the entire center, including the entertainment floor, food and beverage services, and property maintenance. This role requires a proactive approach to leadership, multitasking, and guest engagement, ensuring that every visitor experiences the highest level of service and enjoyment. Your duties include coordinating multiple team members, handling real-time problem solving, and driving sales through effective marketing strategies such as leagues and open play bowling.
Your role extends beyond operational oversight; it involves fostering an all-star team by recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently. You will be a key figure in promoting a positive work culture, maximizing team productivity, and supporting team members' professional growth. Managing the Food & Beverage program is also critical, ensuring that all offerings meet the company’s quality standards and contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
Flexibility is essential, as this role demands working varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended hours. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player, an effective communicator, and a clear leader who aspires to advance to a General Manager position within Lucky Strike Entertainment. This career path offers a blend of excitement, challenge, and fulfillment in a unique entertainment environment where work never feels routine.
Lucky Strike Entertainment further enhances the role by providing a comprehensive total rewards package that includes performance-based incentives and healthcare coverage, among other benefits. This ensures that Restaurant/Entertainment Managers are supported both professionally and personally, enabling them to focus on delivering excellence in guest service and center management. By joining Lucky Strike Entertainment, you become part of a global leader in location-based entertainment, positioned at the intersection of leisure, hospitality, and sports entertainment.
