- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor's degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- ability to handle physical demands of walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
- lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program maintaining high quality and guest satisfaction
- work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
