The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an active and impactful position that integrates management expertise with the vibrancy of entertainment and hospitality. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager supports the General Manager in managing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes overseeing entertainment activities, food and beverage services, property management, and equipment maintenance. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for center and floor management, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction. The role demands a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and effective coordination of multiple team members in real time. Flexibility in work hours is expected, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, to support center operations as needed.
