Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor's degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • ability to handle physical demands of walking, bending, standing, and lifting with assistance
  • dedication to team development
  • problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff
  • lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program maintaining high quality and guest satisfaction
  • work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
