The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an active and impactful position that integrates management expertise with the vibrancy of entertainment and hospitality. As a pivotal member of the leadership team, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager supports the General Manager in managing all aspects of the center's operations. This includes overseeing entertainment activities, food and beverage services, property management, and equipment maintenance. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for center and floor management, ensuring seamless operations and guest satisfaction. The role demands a hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and effective coordination of multiple team members in real time. One of the key responsibilities involves fostering a guest-first mindset, making guest satisfaction the highest priority through exceptional service delivery, proactively dealing with feedback, and swiftly resolving complaints. The manager actively drives operational excellence by optimizing staffing schedules to meet the dynamic needs of the center. They are also entrusted with maximizing business opportunities by implementing marketing strategies targeted at increasing participation in leagues, open play bowling sessions, and other center activities. Collaboration with league participants and officers to grow league business and handle administrative tasks is essential.

Leadership is a cornerstone of this role, requiring the recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of a talented team of hourly center staff. The manager leads by motivation and delegation, utilizing individual team strengths to enhance productivity and guest experience. There is a significant focus on driving food and beverage sales through effective management, quality assurance, and consistent corporate standards adherence. Flexibility in work hours is expected, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts, to support center operations as needed.

This position offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, complemented by a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage and performance-based incentives.
