The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and active position that plays a key part in bringing this vision to life. This role requires a hands-on approach, where the manager is often on their feet coordinating multiple team members and solving problems in real time. They assist the General Manager with all aspects of center operations and step in to lead in the General Manager’s absence, overseeing entertainment, food and beverage services, and maintenance of the property and equipment. The position demands a strong focus on guest satisfaction and team development. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers are expected to maintain high standards in guest service and contribute actively to the growth and success of their center. Additionally, this role offers a promising pathway for those aspiring to advance to a General Manager position within the company. The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000 per year, and employee compensation is supplemented with performance-based incentives. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of management experience
- strong communication skills

- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift with assistance
- willingness to assume responsibility for full center operations when required
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- champion guest service and address guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience

- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
