The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and active position that plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the entertainment centers. This management role involves coordinating a talented team, overseeing multiple functions including entertainment, food and beverage, and facility management, and resolving issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assists the General Manager in all aspects of center management and acts as the primary leader during the General Manager's absence. The role demands a hands-on approach where the manager is on the floor, actively engaging with guests and staff to uphold the company's commitment to guest satisfaction and employee development.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in relevant food and entertainment operations
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to lead and supervise staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to handle fast-paced entertainment environment
  • Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service
  • Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints promptly
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring high-quality standards
  • Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
