Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in relevant food and entertainment operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to lead and supervise staff
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to handle fast-paced entertainment environment
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods and lift objects with assistance
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to supervise center operations staff effectively
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people developer
- Customer service professional
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service
- Solicit and address guest feedback and complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring high-quality standards
- Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
