The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a highly active and influential position, integral to the smooth operation and guest satisfaction at our centers. This role involves overseeing multiple departments, including entertainment, food and beverage, and general property management, with an emphasis on delivering an exceptional guest experience. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you assist the General Manager in all center management duties and step in to lead operations in their absence. You are responsible for coordinating team members, problem-solving in real time, and maintaining high standards across the center. The position demands versatility and flexibility, with work schedules that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours.

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and perform league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
