Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests by delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet the center’s needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, and perform league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, leveraging individual strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
