Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree
  • minimum 2 years management experience in related fields
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and develop a team
  • physical ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift with assistance
  • knowledge of POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player
  • exceptional people developer
  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints
  • schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively
  • manage and expand food and beverage sales program
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
