The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a vital role in bringing the unique vision of this energetic and fun-filled workplace alive each day. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $60,000 per year and includes performance-based incentives alongside a comprehensive benefits package featuring healthcare coverage. This is an active, hands-on managerial role that requires multitasking, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assists the General Manager in all aspects of managing the center, ensuring smooth operations across entertainment offerings, food and beverage services, property care, and equipment management. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager steps up to fully manage the center and its floor operations.

This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple team members, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers are responsible for recruiting, training, and scheduling talented hourly staff while continually driving the sales of food, beverage, and entertainment activities, such as leagues and open play bowling. Building strong relationships with league bowlers and officers to foster league business growth and ensuring adherence to league formats and communications are also essential responsibilities. This position allows committed managers to grow into future General Managers, offering a clear career path within Lucky Strike Entertainment.

In this role, flexibility is crucial as shifts can vary widely, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours depending on the center’s needs. Managers must be adaptable and ready to handle operational challenges promptly, all while motivating and developing their teams to perform at their best. The ideal candidate is a customer service pro, an exceptional people developer, and a strong team player with at least two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, or restaurant food service operations, complemented by a bachelor’s degree. Familiarity with POS register systems is advantageous. The physical environment involves walking, standing, bending, and some lifting, reflecting the active nature of entertainment centers.
