The company specializes in providing exceptional experiential offerings including bowling, arcade amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. In addition to its extensive entertainment services, Lucky Strike Entertainment also owns the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), the major league of bowling, which enjoys a global fanbase of millions. This affiliation underscores the company's deep commitment and influence in the bowling and entertainment industry. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an engaging, dynamic position best suited for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments. This role involves active, hands-on management where you will be on your feet coordinating multiple team members, solving problems in real time, and ensuring the smooth operation of the entertainment center. Working closely with the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assists with all aspects of center management and assumes full responsibility in the GM’s absence. Additionally, you will oversee the expansion and quality of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring it meets corporate standards and exceeds guest expectations.

The position requires high flexibility, including availability for varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays, as needed by the center. This role is designed for individuals who are looking to build their career in hospitality and entertainment management with ambitions of moving into a General Manager position. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers an annual salary range of $60,000 to $65,000 along with performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package including healthcare benefits and more. The company culture embraces fun and teamwork, making it a motivating workplace where staff can thrive and grow.
