Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
  • ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
  • capable of lifting objects with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree

  • excellent customer service skills
  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints proactively
  • optimize staffing schedules to enhance operational execution
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales for leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and manage league administrative duties
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and consistency
  • maintain flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
