Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment company with a presence spanning over 360 locations across North America. The company specializes in delivering top-tier experiential entertainment, including bowling, arcade games, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As one of the premier names in the industry, Lucky Strike also owns the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), which is the major league of bowling and commands a global fan base in the millions. The organization is committed to providing memorable, fun-filled experiences for guests of all ages, combined with exceptional service and exciting events at every venue.

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking dedicated and dynamic Restaurant / Entertainment Managers to join their vibrant team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in active environments where no two days are the same. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager acts as the cornerstone of daily operations, focusing on creating an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere for guests through exceptional service, entertainment, and delicious food offerings. The role requires the manager to be actively on their feet, coordinating various team members, and quickly resolving challenges that arise to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

In close collaboration with the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager supports all aspects of center management. When the General Manager is unavailable, these managers take full responsibility for the center’s operations, including entertainment, food and beverage, property management, and equipment maintenance. They lead by example, motivating the team and actively contributing to the growth and development of hourly staff members. The position demands strong multitasking abilities, stellar communication skills, and a passion for delivering guest satisfaction. This role also serves as a pivotal stepping stone for those aspiring to become General Managers at Lucky Strike centers.

As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you will champion guest service by continuously delivering exceptional experiences and proactively resolving guest concerns. Operational excellence is paramount; scheduling and staffing are optimized to meet demand and maximize enjoyment. The role entails capitalizing on business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling by executing strategic marketing initiatives. Maintaining positive relationships with league bowlers, managing their administrative needs, and supporting league events are key responsibilities. Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a capable team ensures the center runs efficiently and that each guest encounter is memorable.

Leadership is a critical element of this opportunity. Motivating staff, leveraging individual strengths, and delegating effectively help maximize productivity and foster a positive work culture. Food and beverage sales are also under your stewardship, overseeing quality standards and ensuring all offerings meet rigorous corporate guidelines and guest expectations. Flexibility with work shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, is essential for success in this fast-paced and lively environment.

Lucky Strike Entertainment prides itself not only on providing a fun and dynamic working environment but also on offering a competitive compensation package, inclusive of performance-based incentives, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits tailored to support their employees’ well-being and growth. This management role promises a rewarding career path for individuals passionate about hospitality, entertainment, and team leadership, all within one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment brands.
