Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
- ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- capable of lifting objects with assistance
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints proactively
- optimize staffing schedules to enhance operational execution
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales for leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
- oversee and expand the food and beverage program ensuring quality and consistency
- maintain flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
