The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and active position designed for individuals passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is responsible for a wide range of operational duties including entertainment management, food and beverage oversight, property and equipment maintenance, and staff development. Job Duties

- continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
- oversee management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
