Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong team player

  • knowledge of POS register systems
  • ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods of time, and lift objects with some assistance

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales, including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity
  • oversee management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
