Specializing in experiential entertainment, Lucky Strike offers guests a dynamic mix of bowling, arcade games, water parks, and family entertainment centers. As a company that also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, Lucky Strike boasts a major league presence in bowling and a robust media footprint reaching millions of fans worldwide. The role demands flexibility, as managers work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak operations.

Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually for this role. Beyond base pay, the company provides performance-based incentives alongside a comprehensive benefits package that covers healthcare and other perks designed to support employee well-being and professional growth. For individuals aiming to progress to a General Manager position within a thriving entertainment environment, this role offers an excellent career path with hands-on leadership experience and the chance to impact a vibrant and fast-paced business. The company values team players who are exceptional people developers, customer service professionals, and effective communicators ready to embrace the energetic atmosphere of the hospitality and entertainment sectors.
