- 2+ years of management experience in relevant food and beverage or entertainment operations
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- continually improve operational execution and adjust staffing levels
- capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies
- develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league operations
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team while leveraging individual strengths
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage operations ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
- maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
