Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in relevant food and beverage or entertainment operations
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • capability to lead and motivate a team
  • physical ability to stand, walk, and bend during shifts
  • commitment to guest satisfaction and team development

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • ability to supervise center operations staff

  • knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • continually improve operational execution and adjust staffing levels
  • capitalize on business opportunities through marketing strategies
  • develop relationships with league bowlers and manage league operations
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team while leveraging individual strengths
  • oversee and expand Food & Beverage operations ensuring high quality and guest satisfaction
  • maintain flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
