The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a vital and dynamic role within the center, supporting the General Manager in all operational aspects of the location. This position is active and engaging, requiring someone who is on their feet, frequently coordinating multiple team members, and exhibiting real-time problem-solving skills. The manager is responsible for overseeing everything from entertainment activities such as bowling and arcade games to food and beverage operations, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager acts as the leader of the center, managing the property and its equipment, maintaining high standards of service, and cultivating an effective, motivated team.

The Manager actively drives sales by capitalizing on marketing strategies like leagues and open play bowling and helps grow league business by fostering relationships with league bowlers and officers. Beyond operations, this role is strategic, focusing on recruitment, training, team scheduling, and motivation to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction.
