Job Requirements
- 2-4 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in hotel, restaurant, or nightlife environment
- Experience managing high-volume bar or nightlife operations strongly preferred
- Proven leadership experience overseeing multi-outlet teams in fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of labor management, beverage operations, and revenue optimization
- Experience with nightlife programming, entertainment operations, or event-driven service models preferred
- Ability to work evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Job Duties
- Lead evening and late-night operations including DJ programming and live entertainment
- Execute and evolve signature nightlife programming such as jazz, fashion shows, and themed events
- Partner with marketing, PR, security, and events teams to deliver safe and high-energy guest experiences
- Manage floor operations during peak nightlife periods ensuring guest engagement and service execution
- Oversee VIP and table service standards maximizing revenue opportunities
- Coordinate entertainment logistics including DJ and vendor scheduling and communication
- Manage daily operations across restaurants, lounges, bars, and room service
- Ensure consistent execution of luxury service standards
- Monitor labor and beverage costs while supporting revenue growth
- Forecast staffing needs and manage schedules based on business demand
- Partner with culinary and F&B leadership to maintain menu integrity and beverage standards
- Ensure outlets meet cleanliness, sanitation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Oversee inventory control, purchasing practices, and cost-containment initiatives
- Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance weekly and seasonal programming
