Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing a large team in a high-volume restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
  • Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area is preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • Knowledge of craft cocktails and beer to develop sales skills
  • Experience providing leadership and oversight to 50+ direct reports
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the Las Vegas area is a plus

Job Duties

  • Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department
  • Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through
  • Provide leadership and guidance to 50+ team members
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
