Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a large team in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
- Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and beer to develop sales skills
- Experience providing leadership and oversight to 50+ direct reports
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the Las Vegas area is a plus
Job Duties
- Responsible for all team member performance in assigned department
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through
- Provide leadership and guidance to 50+ team members
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coach and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
