The successful candidate will provide crucial guidance to a large team of more than 50 direct reports, ensuring that every aspect of restaurant operations functions smoothly and efficiently. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience managing a large team in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Demonstrated knowledge of craft cocktails and beer
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to maintain high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
- Prior experience working in the Las Vegas area is preferred
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- Knowledge of craft cocktails and beer to develop sales skills
