Their innovative approach and commitment to quality service ensure that every interaction is imbued with professionalism and warmth, creating lasting impressions on customers and partners alike.
At Citrin, the work culture emphasizes community, development, and personal and professional growth. Their ambitious 10-year vision aims to establish a thriving community comprising thousands of employees who excel personally, professionally, and financially. This vision reflects the company’s dedication to investing in its workforce, nurturing talent, and encouraging upward mobility within the organization. With a strong foundation in servant leadership and excellence, Citrin offers job roles that are not just jobs but stepping stones towards substantial career advancements.
The specific role in focus involves being an essential part of Citrin’s hospitality and driving team, primarily serving high-end downtown restaurants and casinos. Working in this role means becoming the first point of contact and face of hospitality for guests, ensuring each visitor experiences a warm, welcoming, and professional impression. This position entails responsibilities such as inspecting vehicles, maintaining their original condition during visits, and rigorously documenting any issues prior to taking possession. The role is especially suitable for individuals who value flexible scheduling, as shifts run from 4 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Sunday, accommodating personal goals and commitments.
Team members in this position have opportunities for career growth and advancement, reinforced by a culture that promotes from within. Impressively, over 90 percent of Citrin’s management team began in similar roles, highlighting the organization’s commitment to employee development. The work environment is designed to foster networking and client service skills, providing the perfect platform to hone these essential professional abilities.
Compensation and benefits are competitive, starting with a minimum guarantee of 15 dollars per hour, supplemented by weekly pay every Friday. Paid Time Off (PTO) begins accruing from the first day of employment, underscoring the company’s dedication to employee well-being. Medical, dental, and vision insurance benefits are available to full-time employees, ensuring comprehensive support for health and wellness. Furthermore, high performers have significant opportunities to pursue higher-paying roles and earn ongoing referral bonuses and performance-based rewards.
Safety and security are paramount at Citrin, as evidenced by their investment in dashcams for all drivers. These devices help protect team members while driving and aim to enhance off-site driving behavior, reflecting the company’s proactive stance on workplace safety. All candidates for this role are subject to background and motor vehicle record checks, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for everyone.
In summary, joining Citrin means becoming part of a forward-thinking company that prioritizes its team’s growth and well-being while delivering outstanding hospitality and driving services to premium clients. It is an ideal opportunity for individuals seeking a rewarding career path, flexible schedules, and a supportive and professional workplace culture.
