940s is a well-established restaurant and bar located just one block off the bustling Denton Square. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Bar Manager to lead our craft bar program and support our daily front-of-house operations. The Bar Manager will work closely with ownership, playing an essential role in the continued growth and success of 940s' restaurant and bar services. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in bar management or related hospitality role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to train and motivate staff
