Dolphin Hotels is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join its culinary team. The role is designed for individuals passionate about food preparation and maintaining high culinary standards to contribute to an outstanding dining experience for guests. As a Line Cook, you will play a critical role in preparing and cooking menu items according to strict recipes, ensuring portion controls, presentation standards, and food safety regulations are consistently adhered to. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction by delivering timely, high-quality dishes that meet the hotel's quality expectations.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting up and stocking your workstation with all the necessary supplies and ingredients needed to efficiently execute food preparation and cooking tasks. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, following all health, safety, and sanitation protocols, is a vital part of your responsibilities to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests. Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stovetops safely and efficiently will be expected, alongside performing various food prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and marinating ingredients.

Teamwork and communication are essential components of this role, requiring you to collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues such as food shortages, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns promptly. You will also be tasked with adhering to portion controls to minimize waste and assisting in overall kitchen cleanliness by sanitizing surfaces, washing utensils, and properly storing food items with accurate labeling. Compliance with company policies and food handling regulations is mandatory to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.
