This special response or flex security guard role involves working casual shifts with a schedule primarily set from Wednesday to Friday covering a range of hours between 6 AM and 10 PM. Operating primarily at the Milford, CT site, the position demands flexibility and agility as responsibilities shift according to daily needs and special events. Soldiers of security will travel between multiple work sites, providing patrols, surveillance, and security services tailored to each unique assignment.

As a Response Security Officer, you will represent GardaWorld’s commitment to exceptional security and customer service. Your primary objectives will include monitoring premises to prevent and detect suspicious activities, controlling access points by verifying identities, and responding promptly to incidents or potential threats. The role involves writing detailed reports and collaborating with law enforcement or other authorities when necessary. The position requires candidates to possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and efficient coverage of various sites.
