  • Proficiency in computer tasks relevant to the role

Job Duties

  • Perform all room clerk functions, including friendly and efficient check-in and check-out of guests
  • Manage all cashier functions with accurate posting of charges to individuals and groups and maintain cash receipts and hotel banks
  • Handle reservation functions including entering and updating group files
  • Provide concierge services by instructing guests on local entertainment and amenities
  • Adhere to resort policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and report any violations to Human Resources
  • Maintain the highest level of employee and guest relations
  • Foster good working relationships with all departments
  • Monitor, sell, and post items from the Sundries shop
  • Enthusiastically collect guest feedback and comment cards
  • Ability to work any assigned shift or work schedule
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management
