Resort Pool Attendant/Lifeguard

This opportunity is with one of Hawaii's finest resorts located in the beautiful Ko'Olina area. We are actively seeking outgoing, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our resort pool lifeguard team. This role is ideal for people who love to interact with guests and value safety above all. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring all water features, quickly responding to emergencies, and representing the resort with professionalism and care. While no previous experience is necessary since full training and certification will be provided, swimming skills are essential, including the ability to swim four laps continuously. Applicants must be at least 16 years old in compliance with labor laws and ready to take on weekday daytime shifts starting in August and continuing through the fall. This is a part-time position offering a competitive hourly pay rate between $16.50 and $17.00 per hour.

Appearance standards align with the 'Disney Look,' demanding natural hair colors and groomed styles (men with short hair). Tattoos on the face or hands are not allowed. Work shifts are 8 hours long, covering holidays, weekdays, and weekends, making this a flexible role to fit your lifestyle.
