Job Description
Four Seasons is a globally renowned luxury hospitality company powered by its people who strive for excellence in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The company values growth, mutual respect, and genuine care as central to its mission. With a presence around the world, Four Seasons combines luxury with heartfelt service to create meaningful impressions that last a lifetime. Recognizing the importance of employee experience and company culture, Four Seasons fosters an environment where team members are inspired to push boundaries and exceed expectations in every interaction whether with guests, residents, or partners.
The specific location in focus is the Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, the island's only Five-Star, Five-Diamond resort, which embodies timeless charm and a deep connection to its private beachfront. The resort offers 207 rooms, including 162 rooms and 45 suites, and features a world-class culinary experience highlighted by a partnership with famed chef Mauro Colagreco. This includes Florie's Restaurant, a unique dining destination recognized internationally among the World's 50 Best Restaurants. The resort has undergone extensive renovations with over $75 million invested since 2018, including a significant $6 million upgrade to event spaces completed in 2022. These enhancements position the property as a leader in luxury hospitality with a strong emphasis on style and sophistication.
The role is that of a Resort Manager who will lead in a dynamic, high-demand environment requiring a balance of innovative business strategies and deep hospitality expertise. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Resort Manager will collaborate closely with ownership and operational heads to ensure profitable operations, exceptional guest service, and a vibrant employee culture. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Food & Beverage and strong financial acumen to steward the resort's business goals. Equally important is the ability to foster meaningful relationships internally across diverse teams and externally with local community leaders and influencers, essential for strengthening the resort's market presence, especially post-pandemic.
This leadership position demands a visionary, emotionally intelligent manager who can maintain the prestige of the resort while driving ongoing innovation in product offerings and service experiences. The Resort Manager will champion a culture of inclusivity, talent development, and employee engagement, ensuring the resort remains a highly desirable destination and workplace. Experience in both city and resort markets is preferable due to the unique urban resort feel of Palm Beach. The role offers professional growth opportunities aligned with progressing toward a General Manager position, with an expectation of geographic mobility and future developmental assignments within the Fort Partners hotel collection. This opportunity represents a chance to lead a storied resort through its next chapter of evolution, capitalizing on its established reputation and newly enhanced facilities to drive sustained success.
