Job Description

Four Seasons Palm Beach is a prestigious luxury resort nestled in the heart of Palm Beach, Florida. As a property under the esteemed Four Seasons brand, it upholds a legacy of exceptional service, elegance, and unmatched guest experiences. The resort operates as Palm Beach Island's sole Five-Star, Five-Diamond destination, where timeless charm meets modern sophistication. With 207 rooms including 45 suites, the resort offers an intimate connection to a private beachfront, creating a sanctuary for guests seeking both relaxation and refined luxury. The property is not only a retreat for leisure travelers but also an icon in the hospitality industry due to its recent extensive renovations worth over $70 million, including a significant event space upgrade in 2022 and a resort-wide restoration completed in 2018/2019.

Four Seasons Palm Beach boasts a culinary scene inspired by Michelin-star collaborations, featuring Florie's Restaurant - the only establishment in the United States operated in partnership with three-Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco. This unique dining experience is a cornerstone of the resort's draw and prestige, further elevating its position in the global hospitality market.

The role of Resort Manager at Four Seasons Palm Beach is a career-defining opportunity that demands a dynamic, innovative, and experienced hotel leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with ownership, the Resort Manager is integral in shaping the guest experience, driving a culture of profitability, and fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace culture characterized by high achievement and genuine hospitality. This leadership position challenges the incumbent to uphold the resort's rich legacy of accolades including AAA Five Diamond status spanning 25 years, Forbes Five Star Resort status for 27 years, and a Forbes Five Star Spa recognized for nearly a decade.

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strong financial acumen, forward-thinking leadership, and a deep appreciation for style and aesthetics — essential as ownership maintains an active role in the resort's design and service offerings. A solid background in food and beverage is preferred, reflecting the resort's emphasis on high-end dining excellence. The Resort Manager is expected to be an outward-facing leader, engaging actively with local community leaders, influencers, and stakeholders to reinforce the resort's market presence and connect meaningfully with the Palm Beach community.

This role suits a high-performing Resort or Hotel Manager ambitious to progress towards a General Manager role, offering a platform to lead a mature, high-caliber resort and broaden leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will demonstrate geographic mobility and a passion for continuous development, with an emphasis on collaboration within the broader Fort Partners hotel collection that includes other Four Seasons properties in Florida.

Four Seasons Palm Beach is more than a luxury resort; it is a vibrant community committed to creating lifelong impressions for guests, residents, and partners through heartfelt service and exceptional experiences. Joining this team means embracing a culture that values diversity, mentorship, employee development, and an unyielding commitment to excellence in hospitality.
