Today, the Sycuan Tribe continues to honor its heritage while expanding its presence and influence in modern times by governing its Reservation and operating a diverse portfolio of business ventures in the San Diego region. Among the Tribe's prominent enterprises are a state-of-the-art Casino and an exquisite Golf Resort, both hailed as premier destinations for entertainment, hospitality, and leisure.

The Sycuan Tribe embodies a profound sense of community that permeates every facet of its operations, striving to create an environment where employees feel valued and part of a larger family. Working for Sycuan means joining a dedicated team committed to excellence, fostering a welcoming atmosphere infused with respect and cultural pride. Whether employed in the casino, resort, or tribal government divisions, Sycuan staff members contribute to a shared mission of providing exceptional experiences to guests while upholding the community's values.

The current opportunity is for a Bartender position within this dynamic environment. This role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, as well as food to guests, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The bartender will greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, mix drinks according to established recipes, and maintain a clean and sanitary bar area. Recognizing the importance of responsible service, the bartender is responsible for monitoring guest alcohol consumption, verifying age identification, and ensuring compliance with liquor licensing laws.

Additionally, the bartender will support restaurant and room service operations by preparing beverages as requested. Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

This hourly position includes tip fringe benefits and represents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to grow their skills in a culturally rich, welcoming workplace. Candidates with prior bartending experience, knowledge of wines and menus, and the ability to interact effectively with a diverse clientele will find this role highly rewarding.
