Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Sales or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Ability to pass background and drug screening as required
- Physical ability to perform duties including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests
- Utilize tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive
- Supply owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities
- Ensure proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximize interactions during peak arrival periods
- Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
- Assist with any additional strategies to drive marketing efforts and site volume
- Take inventories and ensure all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral
