Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months in previous experience cleaning homes or other large facilities
- demonstrated knowledge of general janitorial work
- knowledge of safety measures when using various cleaning chemicals
- abilities to lift at least 25 pounds
- basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet
- must have a valid driver's license

Job Duties
- Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks areas with products as needed
- ensures all tables and chairs are clean and functioning properly
- cleans and sanitizes appliances to ensure they are free of food particles, mold and mildew and defrosts freezer as needed
- cleans and sanitizes bathrooms, ensuring they are well lit and places rubber mats down to ensure safety
- follows all established safety procedures and precautions and reports all unsafe or hazardous conditions, incidents, accidents, and/or defective equipment to their manager
- ensures that the overall appearance of the resort, buildings and facilities are well maintained and orderly
- ensures all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, waxed, and buffed as needed
- ensures that all windows and screens are clean and functioning properly
- maintains washers and dryers by wiping surfaces, removing lint, etc.
- ensures all offices and buildings are clean and neat and empties trash containers as needed
- ensures all vents and filters are cleaned and changed as needed
- other duties as assigned
