We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on General Manager to lead this independent luxury boutique hotel and private members’ club. This role is perfect for a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in a leadership position within an intimate yet lively environment. The General Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing all operational, commercial, and financial aspects of the hotel and club while upholding the highest standards of service excellence, culinary innovation, and member engagement. A successful candidate will be a highly visible and energetic leader with deep expertise in Food & Beverage operations, a solid understanding of wine programs, and proven success in sales, marketing, and revenue generation within the luxury hospitality sector.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum 7 years of senior management experience in luxury hotels or boutique resorts
- Extensive food and beverage management experience
- Strong knowledge of wine and beverage programs
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and marketing
- Ability to work in a dynamic island environment
- Willingness to relocate to the Bahamas
- Exceptional communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or senior executive leader within luxury hotels boutique resorts or private club environments
- Strong food and beverage operational background with experience overseeing multiple dining outlets
- Demonstrated wine knowledge and appreciation for culinary excellence
- Experience working in luxury boutique hotels island resorts or private clubs preferred
- Proven success in sales marketing and revenue generation within a luxury hospitality environment
- Experience working with independent or privately owned luxury properties is an advantage
Job Duties
- Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for all hotel and club operations including rooms food and beverage private club operations spa wellness if applicable and guest services
- Maintain exceptional standards of service guest satisfaction and operational excellence consistent with luxury boutique hospitality
- Ensure seamless integration between the hotel operations and the private club experience
- Oversee the successful operation of 7 plus food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars lounges and club dining venues
- Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to maintain innovative dining concepts and high-quality service
- Utilize strong wine knowledge to support the beverage program wine lists cellar management and guest experiences such as tastings and events
- Ensure strong profitability and operational efficiency across all food and beverage outlets
