Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours
  • Must have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Must be highly responsible and reliable
  • Must be able to handle cash effectively and accurately
  • Must be able to type 25 words per minute
  • Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)

Job Qualifications

  • Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), second language is an asset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Strong focus on guest needs with calm and courteous demeanor
  • Previous customer-related experience is an asset
  • Previous PMS experience is an asset
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset
  • Must be able to type 25 words per minute
  • Must possess a professional presentation
  • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
  • Hospitality diploma is an asset
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Ability to work well under pressure

Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety policies
  • Handle cash effectively and accurately
  • Perform other duties as assigned
