As a Front Desk Agent at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, you will be a vital part of creating exceptional first impressions as you greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism. Your role involves managing guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling guest inquiries about the hotel facilities, and ensuring all service standards and safety policies are strictly followed. Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will play an essential role in enabling the hotel’s mission to "Turn moments into memories" by delivering outstanding guest service throughout their stay. This position requires a friendly personality, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment
- Must be flexible in terms of working hours
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem solving skills

- Must be able to handle cash effectively and accurately
- Must be able to type 25 words per minute
- Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
Job Qualifications
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written), second language is an asset
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Strong focus on guest needs with calm and courteous demeanor
- Previous customer-related experience is an asset
- Previous PMS experience is an asset
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications is an asset
- Must be able to type 25 words per minute
- Must possess a professional presentation
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Hospitality diploma is an asset
- Flexible in terms of working hours

Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
- Handle cash effectively and accurately
- Perform other duties as assigned
