Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of local area attractions
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Reliable and responsible work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area
- Previous customer-related experience required
- Consistently uphold a professional presence and appearance in all guest interactions
- Outstanding guest service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Window applications
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
- Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software, such as Opera Cloud, is an asset
Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during or prior to the guest's arrival
- Able to multi-task and work in a high traffic area
- Extensive knowledge of the Valley, golf courses, restaurants and attractions
- Strong computer skills are required
- Assist with administrative duties
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety policies
