We are currently looking for a dedicated and friendly Bell Attendant to join our resort hospitality team. This role is vital in welcoming guests and enhancing their initial and ongoing experience with excellent service. As a Bell Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving and departing, making your approachability and helpfulness key to setting a positive tone. Your primary duties will include assisting guests with their luggage, promptly delivering belongings to their rooms, and offering helpful information about the resort’s amenities and local attractions. Additionally, you will maintain the lobby's cleanliness and coordinate with other staff to ensure guests’ needs are promptly met. This position requires a warm personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet guests upon arrival and departure with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Assist guests with luggage and ensure it is delivered to their rooms promptly
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area
  • Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest needs are met
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner
  • Assist with transportation arrangements as needed
