This role focuses on providing outstanding banquet service at the Sycuan Resort and Casino. The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service to guests attending events hosted at the resort. This includes preparation for banquet events, ensuring that event rooms, audiovisual equipment, lighting, and other settings meet specifications, and delivering prompt and courteous service. Monitoring alcohol consumption and enforcing responsible beverage service policies is also a vital part of the job to maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

In addition to these service duties, the server will maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, stock and polish supplies and equipment, assist guests with inquiries about promotional contests, and handle guest requests with professionalism.
