The available position is within Fiber Glass Systems' manufacturing operations and is a critical role that ensures the smooth and efficient production of vital equipment. The role requires operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, and completing assigned tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. Adherence to company policies including health, safety, environment (HSE), and quality standards is mandatory. This position demands a proactive attitude toward safe work habits and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This full-time manufacturing job often involves physically demanding activities such as standing, walking, bending, repetitive motions, lifting up to 50 pounds, and pushing or pulling for extended periods, which can be as long as 12 hours per day. The role may require overtime and shift work depending on production needs.

Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of verifiable work experience, preferably in warehouse, assembly, or manufacturing environments.
