As a Blending Operator I, you will be integral to the resin formulation process, a critical component in the production of aerospace materials. Your responsibilities will include precise weighing and measuring of materials according to batch sheets and formulas, supporting the mixing operations under supervision, and ensuring that all materials and processes are accurately recorded. Attention to detail is paramount in this role to maintain the high standards required in aerospace manufacturing.
In addition to hands-on blending duties, you will be expected to maintain clean and organized workspaces by adhering to 5S principles, participate in safety and compliance training programs, and support visual inspections for color and consistency of the products.
