Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completed a DOL/BAT apprenticeship program
- 5+ years' related experience
- Preferred licensed electrician
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to install power systems, lighting, fire detection, security and data
- Experience finding and repairing faults in electrical apparatus and circuits
- Ability to verify compliance and functionality of installations
- Experience helping with the management of a project and crew
- Ability to manage material estimates

Job Duties
- Install, repair, maintain and test residential electrical systems in full support of Baker Electric's safety and operational objectives
- Use power and hand tools to install residential power and lighting systems including single family and multifamily occupancies
- Troubleshoot equipment electrical systems and work with team to determine needs and materials
- Schedule jobs according to materials, job lists and customer expectations
- Travel to various project sites to resolve issues or develop a deeper understanding of the project and any issues at the point of installation
- Maintain confidentiality of work and any Baker Electric project knowledge
- Escalate critical and/or sensitive issues to Project Managers or company leaders with recommendation for resolution
- Other related duties as assigned
