Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to pass criminal background and drug screening
  • One month related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of customer and personal service principles
  • Ability to read and write English
  • Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions and correspondence
  • Ability to perform arithmetic operations including money calculations
  • Ability to understand relevant time and rate systems
  • Ability to perform parallel parking
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
  • Ability to effectively present information to guests and employees
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using American currency
  • Understanding of 24 hour and military time systems
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for customer and personal services
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable

Job Duties

  • Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet using guest last names
  • Park and retrieve vehicles cautiously while assisting guests with luggage and bell services
  • Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and facility or local information
  • Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures, issue and collect claim checks, and maintain accurate ticket information
  • Deliver messages, items or guest amenities and shuttle guests as approved
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety and company guidelines
