Towne Park's commitment to excellence is evident in their promise to deliver smiles and memorable moments to every customer, client, or team member they interact with. This dedication to service excellence has earned Towne Park a respected reputation as a place where employees can thrive and contribute meaningfully to the guest experience.

The Guest Service Associate position at Towne Park is a vital role within their hospitality services team. This role is responsible for providing attentive and professional hospitality services to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and safely. Typical responsibilities include parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, assisting with luggage handling when necessary, and delivering friendly service that enhances the overall guest experience. The Guest Service Associate acts as the company's frontline ambassador, greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, handling inquiries about the facility, local attractions, and amenities, and facilitating a smooth parking and payment process. This position requires a balance of customer service skills and practical vehicle handling abilities, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and have a passion for safe driving.

Towne Park offers competitive compensation for this role, with hourly wages ranging between $16 and $18 plus additional tips of $5 to $10 per hour. The position requires open availability, including morning, evening, and overnight shifts, catering to the dynamic demands of guest services around the clock. Employees in this role are eligible for a range of benefits, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and participation in a 401k retirement savings plan, although some benefits depend on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked. It is worth noting that seasonal and temporary roles are excluded from some of these benefits.

This position is ideal for individuals who prioritize safety, are customer-oriented, and thrive in an environment where they can make an immediate difference in the guest experience. Towne Park fosters a supportive work environment that encourages employees to be compassionate, dependable, and proactive. Through their role as a Guest Service Associate, employees have the opportunity to contribute to memorable experiences for guests, thereby strengthening the company's reputation and creating lasting positive impressions. This role demands a high level of interpersonal skill, attention to detail, and physical ability, including the capacity to handle physical tasks such as lifting luggage and walking or standing for extended periods in outdoor conditions.

In summary, a career with Towne Park as a Guest Service Associate is not only about performing routine duties but about making a difference. It is an opportunity to be part of a company that values contributions at every level and rewards dedication with competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
