The Residential Treatment Worker role at Thrive Behavioral Health focuses on providing direct service and supervision to residents living in a group home setting, specifically catering to individuals with long-term mental illness. This position, based in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, is integral in ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents. The worker is responsible for supervising daily living skills, offering education and training in essential social and life skills, and coordinating access to medical, dental, and psychiatric care.
