The role of Supervisor Residential at ResCare Community Living is a vital leadership position designed for individuals passionate about making a positive difference in others' lives. This supervisory role involves managing and coordinating daily activities and appointments for individuals receiving support while implementing person-centered programs and services tailored to meet each person’s unique needs. The Supervisor Residential also oversees the daily operations of residential programs, including managing Direct Care Staff schedules and ensuring adequate support at all times. A core part of the role is to facilitate onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training for staff, guaranteeing that a well-prepared and knowledgeable team delivers the highest quality of care. This position requires strong interpersonal skills as the supervisor will collaborate extensively with case managers, referral agents, families, and guardians to advocate for those in care and enhance satisfaction through individualized support plans. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services
- One to two years’ experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Licensure as required by state
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities and appointments for all individuals receiving support including implementing programs and services
- Coordinate, supervise, and maintain the daily activities and schedules for Direct Care Staff and oversee the daily operation of the program
- Ensure onboarding, orientation and ongoing training is delivered
- Provide input and feedback in hiring, corrective action, performance evaluations, and termination decisions
- Foster positive relations with case managers, referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals receiving care
- Maintain relationships with families, guardians, and implement individual satisfaction enhancement plans
- Monitor the comfort and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
