The Residential Supervisor role at NeuroRestorative offers an exciting opportunity for dedicated professionals to join a team devoted to compassionate and effective care. This is a full-time evening position, scheduled from 2PM to 12AM on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and every other weekend on Saturday and Sunday. The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of residential programs, ensuring all individuals receiving services are properly managed and cared for. This includes the implementation of personalized programs and services, compliance with regulatory requirements, coordination of activities and appointments, and meticulous record maintenance.

Key aspects of this role include supervising staff, managing incident reporting, overseeing safety and medication management, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment for individuals supported by NeuroRestorative. The Residential Supervisor also fosters positive relationships with case managers, referral agents, individuals receiving services, their families, and guardians. Job Requirements

  • Medium work
  • exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Education and experience as required by state

Job Qualifications

  • One to two years’ experience preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed above may be substituted for the above education and experience requirements
  • CPR and First Aid certified
  • Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation to individuals receiving services
  • Licensure as required by state

Job Duties

  • Completes purchasing of program supplies and submits billing compliance documentation
  • Maintains census and maximizes utilization and occupancy percentages within programs
  • Maintains and fosters relations with case managers and referral agents and lobbies on behalf of individuals supported and Network as appropriate
  • Maintains and fosters relations with individuals receiving services, families and guardians and implements individual satisfaction enhancement plans as appropriate
  • Supervises individual's receiving services program plans and submits incident reports as appropriate
  • Ensures timely incident reporting and implements individual corrective action
  • Implements individuals supported safety plans and coordinates scheduling
  • Ensures individuals are receiving appropriate health and medication management
  • Assists in the management of client funds
  • Ensures homes are clean, neat, and safe
  • and works with and/or contacts maintenance as appropriate
  • Provides leadership including direct supervision of staff
  • implements Network employee practices
  • ensures safety and workers’ compensation initiatives are followed
  • and ensures employees receive appropriate orientation and training
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and company requirements
  • Performs other related duties and activities as required
