Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in hospitality or condo security
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract
- ability to read, write, type, give and receive oral reports
- computer literate
- type 25 wpm
- good human relations and leadership skills
- ability to effectively communicate with residents, guests, employees, management, and law enforcement
- ability to lift or move a 75-lb person in emergency situations
- current State Guard Card
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year experience in hospitality or condo security
- computer literate
- ability to type 25 wpm
- strong report writing skills
- good human relations and leadership skills
- effective communication skills over telephone and portable equipment
- ability to communicate cordially with management, residents, guests, employees, and law enforcement authorities

- current State Guard Card
- valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- team oriented with a positive, service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Provides luxury, first class, personal customer service to all Capitol Place owners and residents
- bell services
- room service deliveries
- concierge-like services
- maintain order, enforce all Capitol Place rules, regulations, and policies, and ensure the observance of applicable laws
- patrol all lobbies, corridors, public restrooms, and other areas to detect violations
- investigate disturbances, complaints, and accidents
- confer with management
- interview guests and employees
- warn or trespass violators
- caution careless persons
- render and obtain assistance for accident victims, and document information via incident reports
