Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Minimum 1 year hospitality industry experience
  • Proficient with computers and office software
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Ability to lift items up to 30 pounds regularly

Job Duties

  • Anticipates needs of residents and execute requests in a timely fashion
  • Works with concierge ambassador and valet team to ensure arrival experience and design of service meets standards
  • Assist with training new team members
  • Conduct walk-throughs at the property to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Establish relationships with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Review calendar of events, daily updates, daily tee sheets, daily spa reservations, function sheets and hours of operation to effectively answer questions and direct members
  • Ensure employees are dressed appropriately and follow uniform guidelines and carry necessary equipment
  • Generate operations-related reports and submit to management
  • Provide directions and suggestions for restaurants, travel, and arrange special requests including airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tickets to events, golf outings, tours, flower deliveries, and other resident services
  • Coordinate special events or projects as assigned
  • Conduct all services as an ambassador with integrity and professionalism
  • Respect residents' privacy and priorities
  • Maintain a warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Promptly communicate resident and guest concerns to management
  • Receive and log lost and found items
  • Work with front desk and butler to elevate service and ensure arrival/departure experience meets standards
  • Prepare weekly activity reports
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles
  • Perform other duties as assigned
