The role centers around overseeing projects primarily spanning from San Clemente to Long Beach and east toward Fullerton, with a base salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing. Total earnings potential exceeds $200,000 as the market scales.
