Job Description

Flatiron Build Co is a dynamic and fast-growing residential remodeling company that originally launched in Denver and is now expanding its footprint into Orange County, California. Specializing in high-end residential remodeling, the company offers a range of services including kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, whole-home remodels, light structural work, and small additions. Flatiron Build Co combines strong construction fundamentals with a cutting-edge operating system that integrates structured sales processes, accurate estimating, advanced project management software, 3D design tools, AI-enhanced workflows, and a premium customer experience. This modern approach enables the company to deliver exceptional quality and efficiency on every project, ensuring client satisfaction in every phase of the remodeling process.

The Orange County Market Launch position represents a unique and exciting opportunity within Flatiron Build Co. This is not a traditional project manager role; rather, the company is seeking a growth-oriented residential remodeling operator who will help launch, build, and lead the Orange County market. Working closely with the company founder, the successful candidate will step into a proven operational model supported by extensive systems and strong market demand for upscale remodeling services. The role centers around overseeing projects primarily spanning from San Clemente to Long Beach and east toward Fullerton, with a base salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses and profit-sharing. Total earnings potential exceeds $200,000 as the market scales.

This role is designed for experienced professionals who want more than a standard project management position. It is ideal for senior project managers, operations managers, licensed general contractors, construction leaders, or remodeling professionals who aspire to take on true general manager or operator responsibilities. Early responsibilities include building a robust subcontractor and vendor network in Orange County, supporting sales consultations and estimating, launching initial projects, managing client relationships, and establishing local processes and standards. As the market grows, this role evolves to become the local market leader, managing the team, customer experience, project execution, and operational performance.

Candidates will enjoy professional support throughout their career development, including structured paid training programs, a comprehensive tech package, regular company events, and a clear pathway for career advancement within a rapidly growing organization. The company values individuals who are adaptable, systems-minded, proactive problem solvers, and effective communicators able to juggle multiple responsibilities across sales, pre-construction, and production. With a strong emphasis on customer experience and operational discipline, this role offers unparalleled opportunities for growth, leadership, and financial reward within the thriving Orange County remodeling market.
