Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a porter or similar role preferred
- ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- ability to lift 100 lbs occasionally
- excellent communication skills
- able to stand for extended periods
- reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
- multilingual preferred

- Greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors
- delivering incoming packages, mail, dry cleaning, flowers, and groceries to residences
- assisting in coordinating resident requests and affairs
- collaborating with other residences colleagues to provide a seamless experience for all residents
- performing other duties as assigned by management
